What we collect

When you order: your name, shipping address, email address, phone number if you give one, the items you ordered, and any note you add at checkout.

When you pay: payment is handled by our payment providers. We receive a confirmation, the amount, the last four digits of the card or the PayPal account reference, and the outcome of the transaction. We never see or store your full card number.

When you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring link, and cookie identifiers. This is used to keep the site working, measure traffic, and detect abuse.

When you subscribe: your email address and the date you subscribed.

Why we use it

To take payment and deliver your order; to answer questions and handle returns; to detect and prevent fraud; to meet tax, accounting and customs obligations; and — only if you opted in — to send occasional studio notes. Who else sees it

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting rules. Support emails are kept for 3 years. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Browsing analytics are retained for 14 months in aggregate form.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your bag and checkout session working, and — if you accept them — analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; blocking the necessary ones will stop the bag from working.

Where your data goes
