Shipping & Returns

Everything is strung after you order, then shipped from our studio in China. Here is exactly how long that takes, what it costs, and what happens if something is wrong.
Dispatch time
Ready-made pieces leave the studio in 3–5 business days. Studio pieces and custom wrist sizes take 5–7 business days, because the strand is built to your measurements and photographed before it is packed. If you need something by a specific date, write to us first and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Delivery windows
These are transit times after dispatch, not counting the dispatch window above. Customs inspection can add a few days and is outside our control.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $12, express is $28, and standard shipping is free on orders over $150. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and import charges
Orders ship from China. Import duties, VAT, GST and handling fees charged by your customs authority or carrier are your responsibility and are not included in our prices. Carriers usually collect them before delivery. We cannot estimate them for you and cannot refund them — if a parcel is refused because charges were not paid, we can only refund the item price once it returns to us.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed when the parcel leaves the studio. If tracking has not moved for 10 days, write to us — we will chase the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, replace or refund it.
Returns: ready-made pieces
You may return a ready-made piece within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unaltered, and in its original pouch and box. Write to hello@yaraskyfate.com with your order number before sending anything back — returns sent without notice may be refused.
Return shipping is paid by you unless the piece arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund a return that never arrives. Once it reaches us and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Made-to-order pieces are not returnable
Strands built in the Studio, and any piece made to a specific wrist size or bead sequence, are made to your specification and cannot be returned or exchanged. This exception is allowed for personalised goods under EU and UK consumer law and is stated at checkout.
It does not apply if the piece arrives damaged, or if we built something different from what you specified — in either case we remake or refund it, and we cover the shipping.
Damaged, wrong or missing
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the piece and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at our cost. Please do not send a damaged piece back before writing to us.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order before it is dispatched for a full refund, including shipping. Once a made-to-order piece has been strung, cancellation is no longer possible.
How to start a return
Email hello@yaraskyfate.com with your order number and a one-line reason. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not ship to the address on the parcel — it is a forwarder, not the studio.
